SCHRAMM Coatings Iberia S.A.

has been a subsidiary (100%) of SCHRAMM Coatings GmbH in Offenbach since December 2007 and, as such, part of a worldwide company.

The company manufactures predominantly modern waterbased coating systems for the automotive industry and its suppliers, coating systems for general industry and the teltronic industry.

The company was founded in 1998 and is based in Esparreguera (near Barcelona).

The main aims of the company are to expand the market share in Southern Europe and to market the technology transfer toward waterbased interior coatings for cars and under the hood component coatings.

SCHRAMM SSCP Limited, Korea

was founded on 01.04.2005 as a Joint Venture between SCHRAMM Coatings GmbH and SSCP of Korea, manufacturing coatings for the automotive industry. The Company is based in Ansan, Korea.

Since July 2008 SCHRAMM SSCP has been a subsidiary (100%) of Schramm Coatings GmbH in Offenbach and part of the worldwide company.

The main aims of SCHRAMM SSCP Limited, Korea are to expand the market share in Asia and to market the technologies of waterbased interior coatings for cars and under the hood component coatings.

Following the successful cooperation between SCHRAMM and SSCP in past years, it was a logical step to integrate the company into SCHRAMM Coatings GmbH.

with its subsidiaries SCHRAMM SSCP (Shanghai) Ltd., SCHRAMM SSCP (Tianjin) Ltd., SCHRAMM SSCP (Tianjin) Ltd. Yantai Branch, SCHRAMM SSCP (Huizhou) Ltd., China,  SCHRAMM SSCP (Hong Kong) Taiwan Branch and Samsung Chemical Paint (Thailand) Co. Ltd. has been a subsidiary (100%) of SCHRAMM Coatings GmbH in Offenbach since December 2007 and, as such, part of a worldwide company.


SCHRAMM SSCP (Shanghai) Ltd., China

has been a subsidiary of SCHRAMM SSCP Limited, Hong Kong since 2008.

The company distributes coating systems for the automotive industry and its suppliers as well as for the general industry, i.e. mobile phones, teltronics and electric devices.

The main aims are to expand the market share in Asia and to further launch and market the technology transfer toward waterbased coatings.

SCHRAMM SSCP (Huizhou) Ltd., China

has been a subsidiary (100%) of SCHRAMM SSCP Limited, Hong Kong since 2008.

The company distributes coating systems for the automotive industry and its suppliers as well as for the general industry, i.e. mobile phones, teltronics and electric devices.

The main aims are to expand the market share in Asia and to further launch and market the technology transfer toward waterbased coatings.

 SCHRAMM SSCP (Tianjin) Ltd., China

was founded in April 2003 and is a subsidiary of  SCHRAMM SSCP (Hong Kong) Ltd. It is predominantly focused on producing solvent-borne coatings for mobile handsets, as well as automotives, home appliances, cosmetics containers and other 7miscellaneous applications for the domestic PRC market. In addition, it houses a specialised facility for production of UV inks and coatings. The major customers are Samsung mobile, SEMC mobile, Samsung H/A, Hyundai M/V, HJC etc.

SCHRAMM SSCP (Tianjin) Yantai Branch, China

Yantai branch office is a fully owned (100 %) subsidiary of Tianjin affiliate and was. founded in September 2005. The main customers are LG Mobile, Samsung Mobile, Kyocera mobile, Sony H/A (home appliances), Haier H/A, and Samsung H/A.

SCHRAMM SSCP (Hong Kong) Ltd. Taiwan Branch,.

Founded in July 2009, Schramm's Taiwan branch office is a fully owned (100%) subsidiary of Schramm SSCP (Hong Kong) Limited. As a target to grow globally, Schramm believes Taiwan branch office will be the mean as to not simply penetrate Taiwanese market but also to provide with eco-friendly products with Schramm's know-how.

Samsung Chemical Paint (Thailand) Co. Ltd., Thailand

Founded in 2005, Schramm Thailand has been a subsidiary of Schramm since 2009. Placed in Rayong, the company manufactures coatings material for home appliances and interior for Automotive. By producing 1K, 2K, UV, and Soft feel coatings material, we plan to gradually enhance our market share through supplying our goods to Indonesia, Pakistan, and India and not simply limited to domestic consumption.
