Apprenticeship as Industrial Clerk

Location: Offenbach am Main
Duration: 2 - 3  years, as from August 1, 2012

Today the role of the Industrial Clerk plays an essential part in the performance of a company. Finished products must be sold and raw materials, machines, energy and much more must be purchased. Total company policy is planned, controlled and managed from a commercial point of view.

The employees of SCHRAMM Coatings responsible for purchasing raw materials are industrial clerks, just as the experts for accounting, calculations, sales and marketing, dispatch human resources and many other areas are.

During your apprenticeship as Industrial Clerk, you will be trained in each relevant department within the company for a period of 8 - 12 weeks with the main focus areas being those of material management, production management, human resources, marketing and accounts.

Learning about our product range is, of course,  just as important as the training and computer work, the different software systems and communication systems.

Practical training will be complemented with operational skills.

A number of promotion opportunities are available to the Industrial Clerk. Specialising in a particular area, e.g. B.A in Business Administration and Operations, BA in Human Resources, Certified Management Accountant etc., or alternatively the possibility of doing a Masters in Business Administration full-time at a polytechnic or university.
